We are sold-out of artist booths, and nearly sold-out of retailer booths, with only a few remaining (note, artists can share a retailer booth). And we’re opening up our premium Alcove spaces- something special we’ve carved for vendors who need more than a standard booth. Learn more about both and apply below.
Retailer Booths are ideal for most vendors selling products like anime merch, comics, collectibles, art prints, fashion, accessories, and more. And due to vendor upgrades, a limited number of regular booths are now available again. And artists can share a retailer booth- register under one company name and later you can add both to the marketing materials and shopping guide. Apply today while supplies last.

We’ve created a premium option for vendors whose setup and/or customer experience goes beyond what a standard booth can offer- space designed for deeper customer engagement and immersion.
Our Alcove Spaces are 15×15 premium rooms positioned along the perimeter of the venue — the same spaces used for celebrity guests like voice actors and comic creators. Located where fans gather for autographs and photos, these spaces benefit from constant foot traffic and high visibility. Photos below show the room/location (note, each room has privacy doors, too). This year, we’re making two of these alcoves available to select vendors.
And in addition to the phenomenal Vendor Perks below, we’ll supporting the Alcove Spaces with signage, and inclusion in the alcove blog features and social media promotion.

Here is how it works: Attendees who spend $50 with our vendors earn a free single-day pass to St. Pete Comic Con 2026 (another event we run), while those who spend $75 with vendors receive a free weekend pass. This is a great way to engage with shoppers as they browse, encouraging them to spend more to earn more St. Pete Comic Con 2026 tickets.

Every vendor gets a Con Map Profile, a dedicated space on our event website where you can showcase your business with photos, videos, and social media links. And Alcoves have larger presence. Our Con Map gets a ton of traffic from attendees planning their shopping route—especially since it’s located alongside the event schedule that fans visit frequently before and during the con.

Fans who are excited to meet our guests are also eager to find related merch—and Guest-Merch Connections directs them to your booth in a couple of ways after seeing their favorite characters come to life.
First, the shopping guide will be searchable by character, allowing attendees to see the vendors who are offering guest-related merch and art.
Second, we’ll provide you with customizable social media graphics and reels themed around guest characters and shows, so you can highlight any merchandise you carry that’s connected to our lineup. For example, if you sell Zelda-inspired art or accessories, you can use our Revali-themed template (character voiced by guest Sean Chiplock) to show off your items and attract fans of the franchise.

Vendors are featured in our Online Shopping Guide, where you categorize your merchandise to help attendees find you faster—and to help you sell more! Listing your merch and art by category allows shoppers to plan their haul around you. Categories include things like fan art, collectibles, handmade goods, apparel, accessories, and more. Also, the ASP Shopping Guide is used for the Guest-Merch Connections, too.
