artist boothsArtist Booths are for those talents who create their own art and merchandise of various forms. Showing our appreciation for artists, we offer an unusually high percentage of artist booths — approx. one-half of all of the booths at the event are for artists. In addition, AI-generated art is not allowed in any form. Booth sharing is allowed. These booths are 7’x8′ with one 6′ table, two chairs, one wastebasket.

Our Fandom Shopping Rewards program was a major success this year, incentivizing attendees to spend more and get an amazing bargain. Here is how it works: Attendees who spend $50 with our vendors earn a free single-day pass to their choice of another event we run (St. Pete Comic Con, Sunshine City Scare, Holiday St. Pete), while those who spend $75 with vendors receive a free weekend pass (limit of 6 earned tickets per attendee). This is a great way to engage with shoppers as they browse, encouraging them to spend more to earn more!
Every vendor gets a Con Map Profile, a dedicated space on our event website where you can showcase your business with photos, videos, and social media links. And Alcoves have larger presence. Our Con Map gets a ton of traffic from attendees planning their shopping route—especially since it’s located alongside the event schedule that fans visit frequently before and during the con.
You’ll receive customizable social media graphics and reel templates designed to help you promote your booth with ease—and style. Just drop in your logo and product images, post to your socials, and tag us. We’ll share it with our followers— putting your booth and merch in front of our fans, giving you extra exposure before the doors even open.
Don’t just come to ASP26 to work- you can play a little, too! After Friday vendor set-up, meet your fellow exhibitors for some networking with free appetizers and discounted themed cocktails at our Friday Night Vendor Party. It’s the perfect prep for the Saturday opening! (and don’t forget to join in the Saturday night pool party for even more fun!)
