We use a tiered vendor system to keep pricing affordable and to encourage vendors through discounts and perks to sign up early enough to take full advantage of the marketing and promotions that begin 90 days prior to an event. This structure also supports strong early planning for vendors as well as our team, whose focus shifts more to event marketing as the con date nears. See Tiers & Pricing Guides below.

What Each Tier Means

• Returning Vendors: Receive the biggest discounts and first choice of booth locations as a thank-you for helping make the current year’s event a success.

• Preferred Vendors: Get an early opportunity to secure booths with discounted pricing and early access to booth selection.

• Early Bird Public: Gives all vendors a limited-time chance to join at a discounted rate before regular pricing begins.

• Standard Public: Regular booth pricing available for most of the year.

• Final 60 Days: Vendor marketing and promotions begin 60 days out.
